I feel like doing a little soul searching and sharing my inner thoughts out loud for a moment. I really need to break my pen and get the hell out of the writing business, because this witch hunt presidential take down thing may make me write something I regret.

As a soon to be 76 year old I've always had iron faith in the U.S. justice system, and felt overall U.S. justice was above partisan political bias and corruption. However, corruption is all out into the open for all to see.

The scary thing is in this writer's view the U.S. bias shallow-minded negative liberal news media has blinded nearly half the nation to common sense and sound judgment. 

This great mass of do-for-me dependent minded liberals either can't see right from wrong of just plain don't give a damn, which is worse? 

This whole U.S. economy I believe will be crashing down in a few years and we don't have the culture or the nuclear and extended family foundation backup to survive on, period. 

I know without a doubt that I am right on this, yet I'm seen as an out of touch nut case. I can't help that I am blessed with all of this great wisdom that is like a curse to me. 

It is my God given duty to act and keep sounding a primal distress call alarm for the survival of my homeland.

So many lives are being needlessly destroyed on a fishing expedition in search of a crime, my God, when will this illegal appointed witch hunt end, Will they ever stop before overturning and voiding the 2016 presidential election results?

I know maybe 99 percent who read my writing probably think I'm off my rocker or some kind of a nut case, which to some degree they are right, but that don't void my almost super natural wisdom.

And I will guarantee anyone that the U.S. cannot survive as a free nation with mass individual freedom much longer, unless the 1938 federal minimum wage law is repealed, thereby allowing free floating wages and prices, period.

The 1938 federal minimum wage law killed free floating wages which begins the destruction of the U.S. culture along with our nuclear and extended family foundation.

That wage law became a two-edge sword, the bad edge begin the destruction of the U.S. culture and nuclear family foundation. And the other false seemingly good edge set free, currency inflation and liberalism.

By blocking our economy's free floating full purging power discipline that castrated and neutralized the most powerful force in a free market place economy, which is its ability to purge out all threats.

A minimum wage law blocks the free market place's ability to purge and defend against threats like consumer inflation. 

What the U.S. have even to this day parading as a free market place economy is actually a toothless tiger with no real purging power bite to kick ass and take names.

After the enactment of the 1938 federal minimum wage law, that left the U.S. with a weak p.... economy, which the liberals quickly took advantage of and begin inflating our currency and ramming through even to this day countless do-good social programs.

And to sum it up, a true free market place economy with full purging power would never have allowed the U.S. culture and nuclear family foundation to end up in almost total ruins like today in the USA. 

God save my beloved homeland the only home I know and love.

Ain't no painless way out of what the USA face culturally, our backs are up against the wall and nothing short of repealing the 1938 federal minimum wage law can provide us mentally the fighting power to fight our way out, period.

WRITER’S OPINION:

WHAT DO LIBERAL TALK RADIO AND SOME SOCIAL MEDIA SITES HAVE IN COMMON?

People keep talking about declining social media. Well, this writer has the wisdom to see right to the heart of most matters. 

I believe what is happening too social media is the same thing that always happens to liberal talk radio. 

I remember it well; about a year and a half ago out of the blue for some unexplained reason many social media companies started purging all very strong conservative views. 

Once that happens conservatives begin losing interest because they soon tire of blame, blame, blame, and excuse after excuse with never any responsibility or accountability for hardly anything. 

And the liberals soon start losing interest too because there is no longer enough hard strong conservative input to feed their hate and fill their need to bitch about something. 

In the end that is the reason liberal talk radio always fails, now some social media companies are killing off hard strong conservative views too.

HOW MUCH TIME DO WE HAVE BEFORE THE USA AND WORLD ECONOMY TOTAL COLLAPSE?

LEGISLATING FROM THE BENCH:
The USA is a constitutional republic "We the people vote to select our leaders and decision makers", period. The legislative branch makes the law, the executive branch carries out the law, and the judiciary branch interprets and enforces the law accordingly to the U.S. constitution.

Myself, as a self-made writer it seems to me that there is far too much non-elected one man/woman legislating and making law from the bench now-a-days. 

The purpose of the 10th amendment was to leave things like wage and price control and abortions up to the states, but the 10th amendment doesn't get any respect since the "New deal" when our welfare state begin.

Now, in my view the judiciary branch has become almost as partisan as the legislative branch, which is of great debate lately.

WRITER'S OPINION: 
Where was the independent judiciary when the 10th amendment should have blocked our illegal federal arch-evil 1938 socialist minimum wage law, a law that has since left our USA culture along with our nuclear and extended family foundation in total ruins?

Now, with no defense within 10 years out of control insane extreme liberalism will force this great nation into authoritarian rule. And if you don't believe me, just keep on living.

No one would ever feel they could cheat the life and death cycle. Yet, modern economist and learned eggheads feel they can escape completing an economic bust cycle forever. 

The life and death cycle and the boom and bust cycle are both laws of nature that must complete its cycle at some point. 

Sure, man can manipulate wages and prices that can ignite and inflate the currency, which may put off the day reckoning. 

But, the longer the day of reckoning is put off the harsher the consequences, maybe all the way back to the stone age. 

The wisest thing to do and is what rulers have done throughout history is just let the free market place work, and then the free market place will stay in balance by setting its own prices and wages. 

Then above all else let nothing destroy the strong nuclear and extended family foundation, which can withstand any bust cycle with ease. 

However, nothing else can even come close to even surviving a seven-year cakewalk bust cycle. Now, maybe not today or tomorrow, but the U.S. and the world economy are going to total collapse at some point because it is a law of nature.

And right now the U.S. and Western Europe doesn't have a leg to stand on without strong cultures and nuclear family foundations, period. Practically All-free government's income originates directly or indirectly from some form of business profit.

The smartest thing the USA should do is repeal the arch-evil 1938 socialist federal minimum wage law, which will start rebuilding our U.S. culture along with our almost non-existence nuclear and extended family foundation.

Otherwise, surviving the law of nature coming due over eighty year rebirth bust cycle may set modern civilization all the way back to the Stone Age.

No one knows how long we have before the USA and world economy totally collapse?

However, I feel it is not as far off as we may think. 

I hope someone will at least see my writing as food for thought, because my type of thinking you won’t find in a textbook or anywhere, it is creative Sirmans style economics. Still, I feel I must carry on because I believe my country’s survival as a free nation is at stake. 

I believe beyond a shadow of doubt that it is impossible for the USA to be saved as a free nation unless our federal arch-evil 1938 socialist minimum wage law is repealed, period. 

I believe the reason the Dems won back control of the U.S. house of representative was because of the health insurance issue, no matter what the experts say.

The problem is competing against the dependency welfare state mentality, far too many feel, me first, I won’t mine, I won’t it all, and by the way what have you done for me lately. Plus, never forget we are in the fourth generation as a welfare state. 

Now we have masses upon masses of die-hard dependent-minded citizens that don’t have a clue as to how a free market place economy really works. 

These citizens have no concept that mass reckless over spending can collapse our entire U.S. economy, and then the government won’t be able to take care of anyone. 

These citizens have no concept that if government raises taxes too high businesses won’t be able to make a profit. 

And if businesses don’t make a profit they can’t stay open to pay their workers, or taxes to the government, then government will go broke and won’t have any money to take care of anyone. 

So, in survival terms a half of a loaf is always better than nothing. At least the republicans have enough “Common Sense” to make sure the government doesn’t recklessly overspend itself out of existence. 

But, when has a bleeding heart liberal ever had the self-discipline to resist raising taxes on other people or refusing to start another social program using other people’s money? Never.

I am repeating, the only guarantee for a nation or human survival is to maintain a strong culture along with a strong nuclear and extended family foundation. 

No society has ever survived without the above two basic fundamental survival tools in place and safeguarded. USA and Western Europe's cultures along with their nuclear and extended family foundations are in almost total ruins.

In free nations, only a true free market place economy with no minimum wage laws has the muscle and purging power discipline to protect and safeguard said survival tools, period.

It seems to me the fair to all way to stop that type of practice and not let one county hold up the whole state selection process, is to just void all of the votes in that guilty county, then move on. The law must prevail.

A COLD STEEL ECONOMIC REALITY FACT CHECK UPDATE:
When I keep harping on getting rid of our 1938 minimum wage law so-called smart people think I'm too dumb or nutty to know that people need to make more money not less.

My response is where is the advantage of making more money when the cost of everything you buy goes up and narrows the gap with less free leftover money to spend as one pleases.

I believe putting any kind of federal wage or price control on a free market place economy is a fool's game that means suicide to that nation's economy down the road. 

Sure, today in the USA everyone is making much, much more money than in the 1960's, but in raw buying power$10.00 back then would buy as much grocery that will require $60.00 today.

So, in economic terms it is not the amount of money one makes, it is the cost of living and the cost of the things one buys that really counts. 

Besides, the federal minimum wage law has practically destroyed the USA culture and nuclear family foundation, the very things no society has ever survived without.

You see, I am totally aware of the benefits and advantages of an inflated currency versus a non-inflated currency that a no minimum wage free market place economy provides. 

Me: I choose the above latter, because "What good is it to gain vast riches and gold but lose ones country and soul". Amen.


People talk about how hard it got back in the great depression days, but at least the USA had the strong culture and strong nuclear family foundation to survive through it.

Now, fast forward to our current day: The USA and western civilization doesn't have the culture or the nuclear family foundation to even come close to surviving a great depression, period. Every welfare state is guaranteed to collapse sooner rather than later.

Yet, I'm seen as some kind of nut case when I drumbeat so hard on getting rid of the 1938 federal minimum wage law, which would at least give the USA the only fighting chance back to sanity before being forced to resort to some kind of authoritarian rule just to maintain peace and order.

You can’t keep a nation free past 80-100 years without having a true free market place economy. And you can’t have a true free market place economy with any kind of federal or national wage control in effect, period. 

Reason being any kind of wage or price control blocks the full purging power discipline in a true free market place economy, which leaves no way to protect a free nation’s culture along with its nuclear and extended family foundation. 

And without a strong culture and nuclear family foundation it is impossible for any nation to survive very long, period. 

Authoritarian types of societies uses Iron fist tactics to keep discipline and order in their societies, whereas free nations only have a true free market place economy to guarantee discipline and order, you can forget the law it can’t even keep illegal drugs out of prisons. 

And if a free nation gives up its true free market place economy like the USA poison pill 1938 federal minimum wage law, doing that castrates the economy’s purging power discipline, which leaves that nations culture and nuclear family foundation with no protection against liberalism. 

The 1938 federal minimum wage law ended the genuine true free market place economy in the USA, which was the beginning of the destruction of the USA culture along with the nuclear and extended family foundation. 

I will predict and guarantee you now the USA and Western Europe with no strong economies with kick ass purging power discipline, they all will soon be forced into "Iron fist" tactics just to maintain peace and order within 5-10 years. Less individual freedom always follow "Iron fist" tactics.

Sure, liberal and democrat power may be held at bay for the moment in the USA, but I assure you as long as the 1938 federal minimum wage law remain in effect the liberals own the future in the USA, period. 

And that is a sad fact in this writer’s view. Shifting gears: The only constitution crisis I see is the destruction of our USA culture, which is producing overwhelming amounts of shallow minded liberal news media brain washed citizens, period.
